This is offered for a limited time, and we still welcome you into our facility for cash and check transactions if that is your preference.
How to use the optional PARKING LOT PICKUP service:
- Pay online with credit card or via wire transfer
- Text 616-490-7721 when you arrive in parking lot of location for pickup
- Provide your invoice #, make, model & color of vehicle in the text notification
- Customer Service agent will respond to your text as quickly as possible with further instruction
- Our staff will deliver items to your vehicle
Important Note:
- Titled items do require a signature, which requires a visit to the title department. This cannot be down as a parking lot transaction. - If you choose to pay cash or prefer to come into our facility, our staff will abide by social distancing recommendations and wear protective gloves for cash handling
