This is a 2003 Fairmont Manufactured Home, Serial # MY0357149. The exterior dimensions are approximately 72’ X 27’ plus overhangs. The home has vinyl siding and a shingled roof. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, an island/bar, a 2 basin sink and space for a built-in microwave and refrigerator. There is a large living room with many windows, a nice sized utility room with an exterior door. Water Heater, Furnace, Washer, and Dryer are included.

The main entry opens to a dining room area. The second and third bedrooms each have nice sized closets and are next to a full bathroom complete with vanity, toilet, bathtub/shower and a skylight. The large family room is located outside of bedrooms 2 & 3 and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with two doors and an attached large full bathroom complete with 2 vanities, toilet, bathtub, and a built-in dresser/shelving unit. There are cathedral ceilings throughout the home. There are a few minor blemishes throughout the home: including nail holes in walls, nicks and scratches and stains in carpet. Overall this house appears to be in nice/better than average condition and appears to have been well taken care of.

Includes Axels and is believed to have a tongue but could not see the front to verify.

The home is located at 24384 Edwin Drive, Brownstown Twp, MI 48134. This is in a great proximity to Woodhaven High School as well as the local Meijer. It is roughly 30 minutes from downtown Detroit.

It's the last powersports auction of the year!

Summer has finally come to a close! While we still may have a warm day or two here and there (fingers crossed) the time has come for fall, and with fall comes camping, riding on motorcycles with the wind rushing by, or going out on your MasterCraft boat in calm, cool waters in the early morning to fish. 1985 Sea Ray Sportfish 390 Fly Bridge Boat

Previously used as a Charter Boat. Had had all annual marine inspections as required.

Twin 350 hp 454 onboard engines. Crusader tunnel outdrives.

Sleeps 6 with front stateroom second stateroom has bunkbeds plus pull out couch. Kitchen with built in coffee maker stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer bathroom with full shower, generator with 2101 hours. Rear deck has sink. Built in starboard cabinet with built in steps. Bluetooth Stereo with 6 amps subs and speakers throughout both levels, waterproof led lights through cabin rear deck and fly bridge. Tinted cabin windows.

This Bobcat Skid Steer Loader has a 66 inch wide skid steer bucket with metal bolt on cutting edge, 4 inch wide x 48 inch length skid steer forks, a universal skid steer quick attach, and quick attach auxiliary hydraulic couplers. It has newer 12.5 inch width rubber tracks. Skid steer loader has loader foot controls, a hydrostatic transmission, and an enclosed cab with heat and AC. There is minor smoke when running, the skid steer runs and operates.
