Construction season might be winding down in West Michigan, but it’s ramping up in our monthly construction equipment auction!We have a wide variety of equipment up for auction on Tuesday, October 1st in our auction. This Bobcat Skid Steer Loader has a 66 inch wide skid steer bucket with metal bolt on cutting edge, 4 inch wide x 48 inch length skid steer forks, a universal skid steer quick attach, and quick attach auxiliary hydraulic couplers. It has newer 12.5 inch width rubber tracks. Skid steer loader has loader foot controls, a hydrostatic transmission, and an enclosed cab with heat and AC. There is minor smoke when running, the skid steer runs and operates.

This Case Maxi Sneaker C-Series has a Front Trencher attachment, 66 inch length Trencher Bar, rear vibratory plow and front PTO. The belt whines at higher RPMs and over heats after a few minutes under load. The fuel gauge is not working, however the equipment runs and operates.

This Dodge Ram Dump Truck has a 11’ 3”L x 8’W Steel Dump bed with 19.5”T steel sides, manual tarp set up but tarp is ripped and needs works, passenger side back latch doesn’t latch but front does, has some bowing in bed, dump bed pump works but bed doesn’t raise. The truck runs and drives. *Reminder that for liability purposes bidders may start the truck but are not able to test drive it.
